As a Security Officer Full Time Access Management in Hollywood, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a residential location, you will help create a welcoming, secure environment by monitoring entry points, verifying access, and communicating professionally with residents, visitors, and vendors. You will remain visible, support security-related procedures, and help deter incidents through attentive observation and customer-focused service. Pay Rate: $17.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Wed06:00 AM - 04:00 PM

Thur07:30 AM - 07:00 PM

Fri12:00 PM - 08:30 PM

Sun09:00 AM - 07:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, property policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and vendor authorization, maintain visitor logs, and communicate access concerns to appropriate site contacts.

Respond to incidents, access-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and policy violations to Allied Universal leadership and/or property management.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.

Have customer service experience, preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
