You will collaborate with a focused group managing select brands within a major Enterprise supplier, Clorox, working toward shared objectives to grow their presence through Walmart Connect advertising. The team partners across functions to develop tailored advertising solutions that meet customer needs and drive business results. Emphasizing clear communication, data-driven strategies, and continuous improvement, the team fosters a professional environment that supports performance and innovation. Together, members leverage their expertise to achieve common goals, maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to Walmart's commitment to delivering value and excellence.
What you'll do:
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop tailored advertising solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.
Communicate effectively across departments to align strategies and incorporate feedback into sales plans.
Manage financial outcomes by overseeing revenue generation, budgeting, and cost efficiency within assigned areas.
Utilize data and metrics to analyze challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while fostering a positive and professional work environment.
Lead and mentor associates, setting performance expectations and supporting their development.
Drive execution of business plans by removing obstacles, measuring progress, and adapting strategies accordingly.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 2: Master's degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area.
Option 3: 5 years' experience in brand advertising (for example, television, video, sponsorship), media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales.
5 years' experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales.
5 years' experience managing client accounts.
5 years' experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients.
