Job Description: We are currently searching for a Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Manager to join our growing Baker Tilly Digital Advisory Services consulting practice. You will contribute to some of the most important activities in our firm which include operating and growing the business, serving the client, developing people, and shaping our culture. As a member of our team, you will support organizations who have selected Workday Adaptive Planning as their Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solution. The Workday Adaptive Planning Senior Manager will be part of a team that implements, supports, and uses Workday Adaptive Planning to help clients improve their financial reporting, planning and forecasting processes. As part of this team, the position will work with a wide variety of projects and roles. Role Summary Provides strategic leadership for the Workday Adaptive Planning practice through business development, executive client relationships, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) subject matter expertise, project delivery oversight, and people development and leadership. Responsibilities Manage Workday Adaptive Planning implementations from end-to-end while providing client with industry leading practices to meet their business operational goals ensuring successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget Lead client working sessions to define goals and objectives for their planning cycles, and docum
