Skilled Carpenter - Post Frame and Framing Crew We are hiring Skilled Carpenters to join a high-performing crew focused on post frame construction, framing, siding, roofing, and light concrete work. This is a production-driven environment. The crew moves fast, and everyone is expected to carry their weight. You will work under a strong Foreman who will assign tasks, track performance, and push the crew to stay on pace. If you want to grow, be challenged, and be part of a disciplined crew, this is the place. Core Responsibilities framing, siding, and roofing tasks efficiently and correctly Assist with post frame construction and light concrete work Follow direction from the Foreman and complete assigned tasks without delay Maintain quality standards while working at a strong pace Keep job site clean, organized, and moving Work as part of a team to hit daily and weekly production goals Use tools and equipment safely and properly What We Expect Experience in framing, construction, or similar trades Ability to work hard and keep up with a fast-paced crew Willingness to take direction and improve your skill set Strong work ethic and reliability Basic understanding of construction safety Required Traits (Non-Negotiable) Hungry: Shows up ready to work and improve every day Humble: Takes direction, accepts correction, and respects the team Smart: Aware, coachable, and able to think through tasks on site Performance Expectations You are expected to produce, not just show up You complete the tasks you are assigned You improve your skills over time If expectations are not met, they will be addressed This is not a place to hide.
