Job DescriptionnnAbout the RolenAs a Product Marketing Associate, you will be a member of the marketing team in a fast-paced, end-to-end corporate marketing department that continually tests new approaches to improve performance.nnReporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, you will help execute campaigns that drive enrollment and improve retention across Stride's portfolio of programs while building a deep understanding of our customer audiences. You will partner closely with Marketing, School Operations, and other cross-functional teams. Our diverse team values your contributions, thrives on collaboration, and celebrates successes together. Your role is to help ensure prospective and existing customers are aware of, understand, and realize value from what we offer, supporting Stride's overall goals.nnPosition Summary:nAs a Product Marketing Associate, you'll help bring new programs, products, and initiatives to market. Working alongside experienced Product Marketers, you'll translate customer insights into marketing campaigns that help families understand the value of our schools. You'll coordinate launches, develop marketing materials, analyze results, and continuously improve the customer experience through testing and learning. This is an ideal role for someone who is curious, organized, enjoys solving problems, and wants to build a career in product marketing.nnWhat You'll Own:nn Support go-to-market launches from planning through executionn Develop campaign assets including messaging briefs, emails, landing pages, and sales enablement materialsn Coordinate work across Creative, Demand Generation, School Operations, Enrollment, and Productn Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvementsn Conduct competitive and customer researchn Help document messaging and positioningn Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate research, drafting, and analysisn Become a trusted expert on assigned programsnnSupervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.nnMinimum Required Qualifications:nn 1-2 years of marketing experiencen Equivalent combination of education and experiencen Ability to manage multiple priorities on a daily basis, with support from manager as neededn Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistently meets deadlinesn Strong growth mindset with the ability to receive feedback and demonstrate continued growthn Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (e.g., school board meetings, video shoots, team-building events)n Ability to successfully complete a required background checknnCertificates & Licenses: None required.nnPreferred Qualifications:nn Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to develop strategic thinking over timen Solid presentation skills, including comfort using standard presentation and collaboration toolsn Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across teamsn Ability to work both independently and within a team-oriented environmentn Strong written and verbal communication skillsn Exposure to marketing metrics through work, coursework, or internships, with an eagerness to learn how to measure and optimize campaign performancen Commitment to high-quality work and ownership of individual deliverablesn Product marketing, brand management, or related cross-functional experiencen EdTech experiencen Comfort using AI tools to support research, drafting, and analysisnnWhat Success Looks Like After One Yearnn Owns end-to-end execution of at least one launch with minimal oversight, from messaging brief through post-launch analysis, coordinating Creative, Demand Generation, School Operations, and Enrollment independentlyn Is recognized as the go-to expert for one to two products or programs, providing messaging and positioning guidance to cross-functional partnersn Delivers campaign perfo
