We are seeking a hands-on Process/Shop Floor Engineer to join our team. This role is focused on developing and optimizing manufacturing processes directly within our industrial plant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maximizing productivity and ensuring that production goals align with product specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Maximize productivity by analyzing equipment layout, workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization.

Determine the parts, tools, and resources required to meet production goals in strict alignment with product specifications and quality standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Jacinto, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $44.00/hr.
