Description

The Contracts Administrator is responsible for managing contract documentation, maintaining project records, supporting compliance efforts, and coordinating administrative processes throughout the project lifecycle. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and efficient project execution from initiation through closeout.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support during the proposal and contract process.

Maintain organized and compliant project and contract records.

Prepare, review, and manage contract documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.

Coordinate vendor, subcontractor, and third-party documentation requirements.

Maintain tracking logs, databases, and reporting systems to support business operations.

Support project teams through clear communication and timely administrative assistance.

Assist with project closeout processes, including collection and maintenance of required documentation.

Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and applicable regulations.

Requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software systems.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Previous experience in contracts administration, compliance, project coordination, or a related administrative role.

Knowledge of contract management principles and documentation practices.

Experience working in project-based environments.

Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and contract administration processes.

Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
