Machine Operator I & II

Pay & Schedule

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM | $16.85-$19.64/hr (based on experience)

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM | $17.85-$19.64/hr (based on experience)

3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 5:30pm - 5:30am / Monday - Thursday, 10:30pm - 5:30am $21.14

What You'll Do

Set up and operate production equipment

Read blueprints, routers, and work instructions

Use calipers and micrometers to inspect parts

Perform hourly safety and quality checks

Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards

Select abrasive belts and wheels for finishing operations

Keep work areas clean and organized (5S)

Assist other production areas as needed

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Previous manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to read and follow written instructions

Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Team-oriented with a willingness to learn

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, and crouch throughout the shift

Lift up to 10 lbs. regularly and up to 33 lbs. occasionally

Comfortable working around moving machinery, loud noise, and varying temperatures
