We are expanding our search to include talented sales professionals currently based in the Los Angeles market who are looking to make a move to Las Vegas. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Las Vegas office, candidates must be prepared to reside in the greater Las Vegas area.

You'll have the ability to create multi-channel advertising campaigns from local, regional to national scale with products such as; broad reach over the air radio, stream and podcast, SEM/SEO, OTT, display, social, heritage local and national events and more. Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Build strong relationships with advertisers to ensure their success and repeat business
Proactively develop new business via email/cold call/networking/referrals on an ongoing basis
Meet with clients and conduct thorough needs analysis of their business
Create multi-faceted effective marketing plans based on each individual client needs
Communicate effectively with other departments internally to ensure client needs are being met
Achieve sales goals, attend internal meetings and training meeting (both in person and virtually)
Always provide top quality service to clients in a professional manner.
Qualifications
About You :
Candidates must have a positive attitude and a drive to win! Self-motivation is essential and you approach this position as you are the CEO of your own business.
Required & Preferred:
Proven success in selling media, event sponsorships or digital platforms.
Successful candidates will possess exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop new business and manage the sales process with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
Thorough understanding of advertising and marketing including digital and audio/tv.
Self-motivated, goal driven and creative.
The ability to multi-task.
Bring a winning positive attitude to the team.
Basic knowledge of: G-suite products and Salesforce. Zoominfo is a bonus.
A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
