Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and finishing services, is seeking a 1st Shift Powder Coater @ West BLDG to join their team. As a 1st Shift Powder Coater @ West BLDG, you will be part of the Powder Coating department supporting a dedicated team of professionals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 1st Shift Powder Coater @ West BLDG

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Pay Range:

Shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Set up and operate equipment and machinery for powder coating processes, including hanging, masking, shot blasting, and passivation

Perform quality control checks to ensure finished products meet company standards

Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed

Participate in job rotation with team members to support production needs

Engage in 5S activities to maintain a clean and organized work environment

What's Needed?

2-3 years of painting or finishing experience

Ability to lift repetitively up to 50 lbs to head level

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
