Our client, a leader in logistics and warehousing services, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Portsmouth, VA

Pay Range: $17.85 pay rate

Shift: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

What's the Job?

Operate forklifts, including electric and manual pallet jacks, to move inventory safely and efficiently

Package and label customer orders accurately and promptly

Inspect incoming products and verify against shipping manifests for accuracy

Utilize computer systems to process receipts, putaways, picks, and replenishments

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to perform basic math, read, and understand written operating procedures

Forklift certification or ability to become certified (company provided)

Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand/crouch for extended periods

Reliable transportation and availability for occasional overtime
