Description We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming front-office experience while keeping administrative tasks accurate and on schedule. The person in this role will handle communication, maintain records, and provide dependable support across routine office functions.

Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors and serve as the first point of contact for the office, ensuring a courteous and friendly experience.

Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate team members, and relay messages promptly and accurately.

Perform data entry and maintain records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Assist with day-to-day administrative activities such as filing, document preparation, and general office coordination.

Support office operations by organizing information, tracking routine tasks, and helping maintain efficient workflows.

Manage front desk coverage and respond to basic questions from internal staff and external contacts.

Provide additional support with recruiting or human resources-related administrative tasks when needed. Requirements

Previous experience in an administrative support, receptionist, or office assistant role.

Strong ability to handle inbound calls professionally and communicate clearly with a wide range of contacts.

Proficiency in data entry with consistent accuracy and attention to detail.

Comfortable managing front desk responsibilities in a busy office environment.

Working knowledge of general administrative office practices and standard business procedures.

Ability to stay organized, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet routine deadlines.

Experience supporting HR or recruiting activities is preferred but not required.
