Administrative Assistant (Manufacturing Office)

You'll work in a small office attached to our manufacturing facility, serving as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal team members while helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
Enter and manage purchase orders and customer orders
Process customer and vendor invoices accurately and on time
Assist with billing activities and respond to invoice inquiries
Coordinate shipments and track deliveries
Order office and production-related supplies
Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage incoming emails
Provide excellent customer service to customers and vendors
Maintain organized records, filing systems, and office documentation
Perform data entry and general administrative support tasks
Assist with various office and operational needs as they arise
What We're Looking For
1+ years of administrative, office support, customer service, or receptionist experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
Comfortable working in a small office located within a manufacturing environment
Positive attitude and willingness to support a variety of office functions
Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or logistics environment is a plus
Familiarity with purchase orders, invoicing, order entry, or shipment coordination is a plus
Experience interacting with vendors and customers
Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills

Schedule
Initial schedule of approximately 32-35 hours per week
Monday-Thursday: Full workdays
Friday: Short half-day as needed
Expected transition back to 40 hours per week as business volume grows

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
