Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity focused primarily on clerical and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and enjoy helping customers while maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service and support in both English and Spanish

Answer and route incoming phone calls as needed

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

Assist with filing, scanning, and general clerical duties

Prepare and organize documents and correspondence

Support office staff with administrative tasks and special projects

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Requirements

Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work in a team environment

Previous office, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
