Job Duties:In this role, you'll oversee offender work crews and manage daily production, including planning and scheduling operations, ensuring machinery and equipment are properly maintained, and responding to emergencies when needed. You'll help maintain security by supervising offenders, assisting during count time, issuing and tracking tools, and assigning and supervising the work of others. You'll also perform various additional duties as needed to support smooth operations. This position supervises two staff members, so strong leadership skills are essential.You'd be a GOOD fit if:You have 18 months of textile manufacturing experience or at least four years of general production experience.You'd be a GREAT fit if:You also have criminal justice experience and experience supervising others.
