Sr Manager of Influencer Marketing

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Manager of Influencer Marketing. This is not a generalist marketing role and is not an agency-style execution position. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in influencer strategy, creator partnerships, integrated marketing, and campaign performance, ideally coming from an enterprise background. On a day-to-day basis, this individual will partner with numerous stakeholders across marketing channels to ensure influencer initiatives are aligned with broader business and marketing objectives. They will work closely with agency partners to develop and execute campaigns, identify the right creators based on audience alignment and performance, and ensure influencer investments are tied to measurable business outcomes rather than follower counts alone. This person will review briefs, creative concepts, and content with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring quality, brand alignment, and regulatory compliance before final approval. Success in this role requires understanding how influencer marketing fits within the larger marketing ecosystem. This is a 12-month contract to hire and pays $64-$68hr.

Skills and Requirements

8-10+ years of dedicated influencer and creator marketing experience.

Obsessive attention to detail with a proven track record of reviewing briefs, creative concepts, and content for quality, compliance, and accuracy.

Strong understanding of FTC disclosure requirements

Strong understanding of integrated marketing and how influencer programs support and interact with broader marketing channels

Experience building and executing full-funnel influencer programs across organic, paid, and storytelling initiatives.

Deep understanding of influencer pricing, with the ability to evaluate creators based on performance, audience alignment, and business impact rather than follower count.

Expertise across major social media platforms, including content performance, platform behaviors, creator ecosystems, and audience engagement trends.

Experience identifying and managing influencer and creator partnerships based on brand fit, audience relevance, and performance metrics.

Experience managing multi-million-dollar influencer marketing budgets and enterprise-scale programs.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to move beyond vanity metrics, uncover audience insights, and translate campaign performance
