We are looking for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves anddirectly managing operational marketing activities including HubSpotadministration, website coordination, conference logistics, outbound campaigns,customer communications, and lead generation support. Position Description: This role supports the growth andoperational execution of EDGITAL across North America through hands-onmarketing initiatives, customer engagement activities, lead generation efforts,conference and event execution, and business development support. Workingclosely with the Managing Director and Business Development team, you will helpstrengthen EDGITAL's market presence, improve operational efficiency, andsupport day-to-day marketing and sales operations across North America. Essential Duties & KeyResponsibilities:
Execute marketing and business development activities across email campaigns, LinkedIn management, conferences, digital outreach, and customer engagement initiatives
Support lead generation efforts through outbound campaigns, customer communications, follow-up activities, and maintenance of organized customer and partner records
Manage and support HubSpot CRM activities including contact management, database organization, reporting, email campaigns, workflow support, and sales pipeline tracking
Prepare, update, and localize customer-facing materials including presentations, brochures, white papers, case studies, pitch decks, website content, and other marketing collateral for the North American market
Execute conference and event logistics including registrations, booth coordination, shipping, travel arrangements, promotional materials, attendee tracking, and post-event follow-up
Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, webinars, and customer events to support relationship-building and market engagement activities
Support communication and collaboration between North American and international teams to help drive ongoing marketing and operational initiatives
Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, competitor activity, and marketing best practices through continuous learning and market research
Support additional administrative, marketing, sales, and operational initiatives as assigned
Qualifications:
2-4 years of hands-on marketing, marketing operations, lead generation, CRM management, event marketing, or related experience preferred. Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms preferred
Experience supporting email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, conferences, customer communications, or operational marketing activities preferred
Strong organizational, multitasking,and execution skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-driven, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of projects and tasks
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience working within SaaS, technology, infrastructure, engineering, transportation, or related industries is a plus but not required
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
Travel required approximately 25%-30%

The annual salary range for this role is $70,000-$90,000. Final compensation within this range is determined based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including skills, experience, certifications, and location.
