Our client, a prominent organization in the corporate services sector, is seeking an Administrative Asst/Exec. Asst 3 (5+ years) to join their team. As an Administrative Asst/Exec. Asst 3 (5+ years), you will be part of the administrative support team, assisting with daily operations and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and a collaborative attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Asst/Exec. Asst 3 (5+ years)

Location: Jackson, MS

Pay Range:

Shift: Monday - Friday, arranged between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM

What's the Job?

Managing daily operations of the mailroom and reception areas, including coverage during team members' PTO

Performing invoice coding, email correspondence, and assisting with badge access and conference room arrangements

Supporting administrative functions such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and basic bookkeeping

Preparing invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements

Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED required

5-7 years of relevant experience, with experience supporting executives highly preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills, multitasking, and customer service abilities

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
