Description We are looking for a dependable General Office Clerk to support daily administrative and customer service operations in Manteca, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is comfortable handling office tasks, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with front-end and back-office needs. The role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a steady workflow in a structured environment.

Responsibilities:

Enter and update information in company systems with a high level of accuracy and consistency.

Scan, sort, and file documents to maintain organized and accessible records.

Provide courteous customer service while responding to routine questions and directing requests appropriately.

Support daily office operations by handling clerical tasks and assisting with administrative processes.

Review paperwork for completeness and follow up on missing or incorrect details when needed.

Maintain orderly digital and physical filing systems to ensure documents can be retrieved efficiently. Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in an office support, clerical, or administrative role.

Proficiency with basic computer applications and general data entry tasks.

Ability to scan, organize, and manage both paper and electronic files.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing information.

Effective communication skills and a detail-oriented customer service approach.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a structured office setting.
