Accounts Receivable Clerk (Bilingual Spanish) - Temp-to-Hire

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Adecco is currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk for a leading manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, experience supporting a manufacturing environment, and be bilingual in Spanish. This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity for a motivated professional looking to grow with a stable organization.

Key Responsibilities

Process and invoice open parts, equipment, and service sales orders.

Send invoices to customers via mail, email, or fax.

Process daily bank deposits and apply customer payments accurately.

Maintain accounts receivable records and general ledger postings.

Generate and distribute monthly customer statements.

Follow up on past-due invoices and resolve payment discrepancies.

Process customer credit card payments.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding account balances and payments.

Create monthly receivable reports for management.

Maintain organized accounting files and records.

Assist with other accounting department duties as needed.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Associate Degree in Accounting preferred.

Minimum 3 years of Accounts Receivable or Accounting experience required .

Manufacturing industry experience is required.

Bilingual Spanish/English required.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Experience with Made2Manage (M2M) software is a plus.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Preferred Skills

Accounts Receivable collections experience.

Customer service and vendor communication experience.

Knowledge of accounting procedures and cash application processes.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
