The Human Resources Coordinator is primarily responsible for leading and coordinating the organization's recruitment and hiring efforts to attract, hire, and onboard qualified employees. This position serves as the primary point of contact for recruiting activities, including developing recruitment strategies, posting positions, conducting community outreach, representing the organization at career fairs, job fairs, school partnerships, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives, coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant records, facilitating pre-employment processes, and supporting monthly new employee onboarding.

In addition to recruitment, the Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and operational support across a variety of Human Resources functions as assigned. These responsibilities may include administering leave of absence programs, coordinating Workers' Compensation and Modified Duty processes, maintaining employee records, supporting benefits administration, assisting with compliance and reporting, and providing general HR support to employees and management.

The Human Resources Coordinator must possess strong administrative, organizational, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with applicable federal and state employment laws. This position requires initiative, attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to supporting the organization's mission and values.
