PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Administrative Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to:

. Performing various office tasks; typing, answering phones, filing, payroll, and data entry.

. Creating and modifying reports for company records and correspondence with customers.

. Respond to Supervisor requests and customer inquiries associated with daily operations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

. High School diploma or equivalent

. Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

. Three to five years of experience in administrative/clerical experience

. Excellent customer service/communication skills in person and via telephone.

. Ability to work independently or with a team

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

. Advanced computer skills

. Experience with SAP and PeopleSoft, and GIS systems

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

This is a position with a starting rate of pay of $23.00 - 25.00/hour.
