As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Property Protection in Leesburg, VA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a dynamic data center location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will use technology to document activity, communicate professionally, and deliver outstanding customer service. Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour

Mon07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Tue07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Wed07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Thur07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Fri07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients at a data center location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels.

Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, exterior perimeter, access areas, and other designated locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.

Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

A guard card or license is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
