GDIT is seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the web presence of a leading technology and mission solutions company and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and compelling online experience. Together, we will ensure that our website reflects the quality, innovation, and expertise that defines our brand.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at GDIT, you will play a meaningful role in shaping one of the most influential digital presences in the government technology sector. You will have the opportunity to work on an industry-leading
website, leveraging best-in-class tools and the latest digital marketing technologies to drive measurable business impact.

Produce,maintainand edit compelling,well-designedweb contentonour websiteusing our content management system(CMS).
Coordinate content input and approvals from stakeholdersacross the marketingteam.
Maintain current knowledge of SEO, GEO, and AEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices, and serve as an internal resource to advise the team on optimizing web content for search visibility and discoverability.
Track and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analyticsand SEMrush.Provide reporting on website traffic and trends, tied to business impact.
Ensure proper UTM tagging and tracking implementation for all campaign-driven web traffic.
Use data insights toidentifyoptimization opportunities and inform content decisions.
Conduct regular website audits toidentifyand resolveissues,updatecontentandensure brandalignment.
Document and track website issues and improvement opportunities, providing clear details to support prioritization and resolution.
Prioritize and address urgent requests and shifting business needs with a sense of urgency and adaptability.
Assistin special projects as needed related to digital marketing and social media.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Education : Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in Marketing or related discipline.
Experience : 2+ years of related experience (or 6+ years of cutting edge marketing technology experience in lieu of degree)

The likely salary range for this position is $70,658 - $85,100. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
