[Your Impact]{contrast="none"}

[Process weekly payroll accurately and on

schedule.]{contrast="none"}

[Prepare andsubmitcertified payroll reports for applicable

projects.]{contrast="none"}

[Review timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies with

employees, supervisors, and project teams.]{contrast="none"}

[Maintain payroll records and employee payroll data while ensuring

confidentiality and compliance.]{contrast="none"}

[Assistwith payroll tax reporting, garnishments, deductions, and

other payroll-related transactions.]{contrast="none"}

[Respond to employee payroll questions and providetimely,

service-oriented support.]{contrast="none"}

[Support audits and reporting requirements by providing payroll

documentation as needed.]{contrast="none"}

[Serve as backup support for payroll-related systems and

processes.]{contrast="none"}

[Collaborate with Accounting, Human Resources, and project teams to

improve payroll accuracy and efficiency.]{contrast="none"}

[Assistwithadditionalaccounting and administrative functions as

needed.]{contrast="none"}

[Who You Are]{contrast="none"}

[Associate\'s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related

field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.]{contrast="none"}

[2+ years of payroll administration experience

preferred.]{contrast="none"}

[Certified payroll experience is preferred.]{contrast="none"}

[Experience in construction, union payroll, or multi-state payroll

environments is a plus.]{contrast="none"}

[Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and

confidentiality.]{contrast="none"}

[Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recurring

deadlines.]{contrast="none"}

[Excellent communication and customer service

skills.]{contrast="none"}

[Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities]{contrast="none"}

[Knowledge of payroll principles, practices, and applicable

regulations.]{contrast="none"}

[Strong data entry and numerical accuracy skills.]{contrast="none"}

[Proficiencywith Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office

applications.]{contrast="none"}

[Ability toidentifydiscrepancies, perform research, and resolve

issues effectively.]{contrast="none"}

[Experience with Viewpoint or similar payroll/accounting software is

preferred.]{contrast="none"}

[Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with
