Security Officer - Full Time Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Peru, IL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and incident reporting. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Thur11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Fri11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unusual conditions or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.

Prepare accurate daily activity reports and document incidents, observations, and security-related concerns in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
