As an Unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and use technology to document activities. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a manufacturing and industrial location.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access as directed by site procedures, and maintain required visitor, contractor, and vehicle documentation.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.

Prepare accurate reports and communicate observed hazards, equipment concerns, policy violations, and other security-related incidents to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

A guard card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
