As a Security Officer Bilingual Patrol in Dallas, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while working with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and committed to integrity.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant observations and notifying appropriate personnel.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and reports.

Support a professional workplace environment by observing and reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Preferred qualifications include being comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Preferred qualifications include access control and badge experience.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
