Traveling Concrete Construction General Laborer

?? Pay: $20-$25/hr

? Hours: 60 hours per week

?? Paid Weekly

Love working outdoors, traveling, and building important infrastructure?

Join a skilled construction crew repairing and maintaining utility poles, sports lighting systems, and telecom towers across the U.S.

?? What You'll Do

? Travel nationwide for projects (typically 5-6 weeks on, 1 week off)

? Repair and maintain utility poles, light poles, and telecom towers

? Perform concrete work, including forming, setting, and repairs

? Conduct inspections and document findings

? Use power tools and hand tools safely

? Assist with repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting

? Work at heights using proper safety equipment

? Complete basic reports and inspection records

? Follow safety and quality standards

? Work closely with your crew to complete projects on time

What We're Looking For?

? Construction, concrete, utility, or outdoor labor experience

? Willingness to travel extensively

? Comfortable working at heights

? Experience with structural repairs or inspections is a plus

? Ability to use power tools and hand tools

? Strong work ethic and safety mindset

? Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hattiesburg, MS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
