Description We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a construction and contractor environment in Riverview, Florida. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping administrative tasks on track, providing a welcoming first point of contact, and maintaining accurate records. This is a Long-term Contract position offering steady work for a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

Manage front office activities, greet visitors, and create a welcoming and helpful experience for callers and guests.

Respond to incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate team members, and relay messages promptly and accurately.

Perform a range of clerical duties such as filing, document preparation, scheduling support, and general office coordination.

Enter, update, and maintain information in company records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Support day-to-day administrative workflows to help the office operate efficiently and meet business needs.

Organize paperwork and digital files so that documents are easy to retrieve and properly maintained.

Assist with routine receptionist responsibilities while balancing multiple administrative assignments throughout the day. Requirements - Prior experience in an administrative support, office assistant, or receptionist role.

Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls in a courteous and attentive manner.

Strong data entry skills with consistent accuracy and attention to detail.

Comfortable performing general office and clerical tasks in a busy work environment.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to stay organized, manage time well, and handle multiple responsibilities at once.
