Director, Performance Marketing

Job Description

Leads performance marketing strategy, roadmap and operating plan across digital demand generation and pipeline acceleration

Owns demand generation performance against pipeline, conversion and revenue goals and pivots programs based on results

Develops and executes account based marketing programs aligned to target accounts and sales priorities

Leads campaign automation strategy, lifecycle management, nurture flows and campaign reporting. Partners with RevOps and is the main liaison between NASCO and the digital partner agency.

Establishes executive reporting to translate and funnel data from campaigns into actionable insights

Partners closely with sales, product marketing, content and RevOps

Oversee campaign planning, targeting, audience development, budget allocation, optimization and performance reporting

May oversee some paid, targeted campaigns on social, although will not be the organic social marketing lead

Skills and Requirements

8+ years of experience leading B2B performance marketing strategy within a SaaS or healthcare technology environment

Background demand generation, integrated campaigns, ABM, cross-functional planning with accountability for pipeline and funnel outcomes

Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, WordPress, Sprout Social, LinkedIn

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Relevant certifications in marketing automation, digital marketing, analytics or advertising platforms preferred

Experience with organic social media strategy
