Our client, a growing and innovative organization in the Tucson area, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys managing multiple projects, coordinating campaigns, creating content, and collaborating across departments.

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting digital marketing efforts, event coordination, content development, social media management, and marketing analytics. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Coordinate marketing projects and ensure deadlines, deliverables, and budgets are met.

Create and update marketing materials including presentations, email campaigns, brochures, and promotional content.

Manage and maintain social media platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance reporting.

Support website updates and collaborate with internal or external teams on content management and optimization.

Coordinate trade shows, conferences, customer events, and other marketing initiatives.

Assist with email marketing efforts, including audience segmentation, campaign deployment, and performance analysis.

Monitor campaign results and compile reports on key performance metrics.

Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications and materials.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support lead generation and customer engagement efforts.

Manage marketing assets, databases, and promotional inventory.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.

2+ years of marketing, communications, or related experience.

Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience with social media management platforms and email marketing tools.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and project coordination capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.

Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO, and digital marketing best practices.

Experience using marketing automation platforms.

Graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.

Experience in B2B or professional services marketing environments.
