Sales Account Manager

Our client, the wholesale model railroading industry, is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join their team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be part of the sales department supporting wholesale channel growth. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, a results-oriented mindset, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Pay Range: $22-$26 per hour DOE

Shift: 1st shift 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers within an assigned territory.

Identify and develop new sales opportunities across current and emerging channels.

Conduct proactive outbound sales calls and customer outreach activities to foster growth.

Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer interactions, opportunities, and account plans effectively.

Analyze market trends, customer data, and sales performance to uncover new growth opportunities.

What's Needed?

Proven experience in sales, relationship management, or business development.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Comfortable making outbound sales calls and building customer relationships.

Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
