The Project Cost / Controls Manager has responsibility for the overall financial reporting and forecasting, change management, scheduling, document control, and project administration.

Project Cost / Controls Manager Required Qualifications:

5+ years of heavy construction experience including client coordination, finance, scheduling, cost control, and construction/engineering resolution

Experienced in Project Cost Management - Project Controls: Monitoring, tracking, and forecasting self-perform and general requirement project costs and quantities, including labor, equipment, materials and cash flow to ensure projects are successful and profitable.

Working proficiency in relevent software (e.g. JD Edwards, DAS, OnBase, Heavy Job, Procore, Microsoft, etc.)

Bachelor of Science degree in Construction, Business/Finance, or Engineering or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience.

Salary Low

USD $113,125.00/Yr.

Salary High

USD $150,000.00/Yr.
