Summary You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the FISCAL BRANCH, ADMINISTRATION AND RESOUCES DIVISION of HQ US MARINE CORPS. Responsibilities You will provide Manage to Payroll, payroll, timekeeping and financial management analysis and functions. You will be responsible for collaborating and performing the essential analysis to develop and implement systematic changes impacting and for processing Marine Corps pay and leave entitlements. You will provide guidance to Limited Timekeepers and customers on technical advice. You will explain regulations, policies, procedures, and system related changes concerning Marine Corps civilian pay operations. You will be responsible for developing training to ensure proper implementation and execution regulating civilian pay processing modifications as required. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing formulation of budget and control, reporting of obligations and expenditures, AND analyzing and interpreting financial data.
