Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Cary, IL

Type: Contract

Compensation: $22/hr

Work Model: Hybrid - onsite and remote

Hours: 9:30am - 6pm CST

Responsibilities

Provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications.

Ensure good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with consumer laws.

Develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.

Develop improvement plans in response to customer surveys.

Work within well-defined procedures, guidelines, and routines to support customer service functions.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related fields.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and ERP systems is preferred but not required.

Associates or Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
