Our Healthcare client is seeking an Account Manager to join their team for the next 12 months, 40 hours/week.

**This role is hybrid onsite 3 days a week, Tuesday through Thursday, in Mettawa, IL.

Role Summary**

The Digital Account Manager supports day-to-day client and brand team activities while partnering closely with Account Managers to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing projects. This role serves as a key liaison among cross-functional stakeholders, helping manage project requirements, timelines, budgets, communications, and deliverables. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing multiple digital projects in a fast-paced agency or healthcare-related environment.

Top Must Have Skills

5+ years of digital project management experience, preferably within

an advertising agency environment.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics and platforms,

including websites, emails, banner ads, mobile applications, portals, and interactive sales tools.

Proven ability to manage high-volume project workloads while meeting

deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional attention to detail, including experience with quality

control, asset testing, documentation, and project tracking.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the

ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Additional Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree preferred.

Agency experience required; pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

experience is strongly preferred.

Experience gathering, documenting, and managing digital project

requirements.

Familiarity with digital development workflows, project initiation,

approvals, production, and archiving processes.

Functional knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.

Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational

skills.

Ability to balance strategic objectives while maintaining focus on

execution details.

Experience supporting project estimation, timeline development,

budgeting, and billing activities.

Comfortable working in a high-visibility role with diverse

stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage and support digital marketing projects from initiation

through completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

Partner with Account Managers to coordinate daily client activities

and maintain strong relationships with brand teams and stakeholders.

Attend client meetings, capture key information, and ensure timely

communication of project updates across teams.

Gather, document, and clearly communicate project requirements to

internal teams and external partners.

Coordinate with creative, technology, regulatory, legal, and

business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Monitor project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and risks,

proactively identifying and resolving issues.

Conduct quality control reviews, asset testing, and documentation to

ensure accuracy and compliance of digital deliverables.

Assist with project estimates, resource planning, and schedule

development.

Support billing processes and ensure project financial activities

are completed according to established timelines.

Track project time and maintain accurate project documentation and

records.

Contribute to process improvements and help ensure adherence to

established workflows, compliance standards, and operational guidelines.

Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining a high level

of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.

This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
