Job Title: 2nd Shift Puller Job Description
The 2nd Shift Puller works in the warehouse picking department, operating a small cart to collect products from designated locations and deliver them to packing stations. This role is physically active, requires standing and walking for the entire shift, and plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
Operate a pack mule (small cart) throughout the warehouse to locate and pick products according to order requirements.
Transport picked items from storage areas to designated packing stations in an efficient and organized manner.
Follow established picking, packing, packaging, and shipping procedures to maintain accuracy and productivity.
Handle and lift products safely while maintaining a steady work pace during a 10+ hour shift.
Read and follow written instructions, labels, and order documentation in English to ensure correct item selection.
Support overall warehouse operations by keeping work areas clean, orderly, and free of safety hazards.
Adhere to scheduled break times, including a 30-minute lunch early in the shift and a 15-minute break mid-shift, and remain focused and productive through the busy end-of-day period.
Participate in daily shift meetings to receive updates, confirm schedules, and review work assignments posted on the order desk board.
Essential Skills
At least 6 months of experience working in a warehouse environment.
Ability to stand and walk for a full 10+ hour shift.
Ability to lift, move, and handle products safely in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency in reading and writing English, including passing a short written quiz.
Experience with picking, packing, packaging, and shipping processes.
Comfort working with warehouse equipment such as small carts and related tools.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate product selection and order fulfillment.
Reliability and consistency in following schedules, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
English as a second language is welcome, provided reading and writing requirements are met.
Previous experience in a clean, climate-controlled warehouse environment is beneficial.
Ability to work collaboratively within a large team of 30-60 people.
Comfort working extended hours, typically around 50 hours per week.
Willingness to adapt to varying daily workloads, especially during busy end-of-day periods.

Work Environment
The position is based in a clean, climate-controlled warehouse that specializes in handling imprintable clothing items. You will work as part of a large team, with 30-60 colleagues present during a typical shift, fostering a collaborative and energetic atmosphere. The picker shift runs Monday through Friday from approximately 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., with orientation on the first day starting around 9:15 a.m. and continuing through the end of the shift. Weekly hours are usually around 50, and shift details are confirmed each morning in a meeting and posted on a board by the order desk each evening. The dress code requires close-toed, comfortable shoes such as tennis shoes, and allows jeans, shorts, or sweatpants that do not extend past fingertip length, along with a t-shirt or sweatshirt; leggings are not permitted.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.12 - $21.12/hr.
