As one of our first industry-focused Agentic Acquisition Specialists dedicated to the Manufacturing vertical, you will work closely with our Partner team and strategic partner account teams to accelerate customer acquisition, refine repeatable co-sell motions, and help establish the playbooks that will scale this business globally.

About the Role

Industrial, automotive, aerospace, and manufacturing organizations need AI that can identify transferable skills, plan for future workforce needs, and hire more effectively across facilities at scale. Eightfold's agentic AI solutions are purpose-built for this challenge.
As an Agentic Acquisition Specialist, you will own the Manufacturing vertical and hunt net new enterprise accounts while co-selling alongside a major enterprise software partner's account teams. You will bring Eightfold's agentic AI solutions into accounts already investing in enterprise technology transformation, positioning our products as the AI-native layer that makes their existing investments smarter.
What You'll Do
Own the Manufacturing vertical, becoming the trusted expert on customer priorities, buying trends, and the competitive landscape
Develop pipeline across our strategic partner's customer ecosystem by identifying enterprise opportunities where Eightfold's agentic AI platform and partner marketplace create a differentiated path to customer value
Build and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partner account teams, aligning on priority accounts, account plans, and customer engagement strategies
Drive a structured co-sell motion by partnering with partner sellers throughout the customer lifecycle, from initial qualification through close and expansion
Position Eightfold as a strategic extension of customers' existing technology investment by leveraging our partner HCM platform integration to deliver differentiated business value
Navigate complex enterprise accounts by orchestrating customer executives, partner stakeholders, and internal Eightfold teams to advance strategic opportunities
Lead executive discovery and product demonstrations, articulating how Eightfold's agentic AI solutions complement customers' broader technology investments and digital transformation initiatives
Articulate the business value of Eightfold's agentic solutions within the @context of customers' broader technology strategy
Own the full enterprise sales cycle from initial engagement through close
Partner across Eightfold Sales, Solution Consulting, Marketing, Customer Success, and the Partner team to deliver a seamless customer experience and accelerate revenue growth
Capture customer and partner field feedback to influence product strategy, marketing programs, enablement, and the continued evolution of the partnership
Develop trusted relationships with partner account executives, sales leaders, and Manufacturing industry teams to identify new opportunities and expand Eightfold's presence
Help shape and scale Eightfold's go-to-market strategy within the Manufacturing vertical, contributing to best practices, repeatable sales motions, and playbooks as the partnership grows
Meet and exceed revenue objectives while building a durable pipeline and establishing Eightfold as the preferred agentic AI talent solution within Manufacturing
Must Haves:
Deep experience selling into the Manufacturing industry - this role is not for generalists; you need to know the buyers, the pain points, and the landscape from having lived it
Experience working at or partnering closely with a major enterprise software provider through a strategic alliance, channel, SI, ISV, or technology partner relationship
Proven hunter mentality - track record of prospecting and closing net new enterprise accounts, not just managing warm pipeline
Experience with SaaS solution selling in an enterprise environment
Nice to Haves:
Existing relationships with senior HR, Talent, or business leaders within the Manufacturing industry
Familiarity with enterprise cloud marketplace procurement models
Experience collaborating with partner sales teams to execute joint account planning and co-sell motions
Experience with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR application selling
Experience selling to F500 clients at the CFO, CHRO, and CIO level
Prior experience selling AI-powered or agentic software solutions
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be innovative and resourceful in evolving sales methods
Experience driving RFPs and RFIs in a Bid Manager role
Team player who takes the lead in driving initiatives and working across teams (Product Management, SDR, Sales Engineering, Marketing)
Excellent commercial communication skills (written, oral and presentation) and a disciplined approach and strong relationship building skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, solve problems creatively, and be comfortable in new situations working with multiple stakeholders
