About the job you're considering
This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on analog design, electromagnetics, mixed-signal systems, sensor architecture, and system integration. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define technical direction, reduce risk through analysis and prototyping, and bring advanced sensing technologies from concept to production. This role offers key role in technical leadership and growth within the organization.
Your role
Key responsiblities will include:
Lead electrical architecture for sensor platforms, including analog, mixed-signal, RF, power, and interface design.
Develop and integrate novel sensing technologies based on electromagnetics.
Drive architecture decisions through technical analysis and tradeoff evaluation.
Design and review schematics, PCB layouts, and system interfaces.
Lead prototyping, bring-up, debugging, validation, and performance testing.
Collaborate with firmware, software, mechanical, and systems engineering teams.
Support manufacturability, reliability, compliance, and production readiness.
Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices
Your skills and experience
BS in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field (MS preferred).
12+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in a senior or principal-level role.
Deep expertise in analog and mixed-signal design, sensor systems, and electromagnetics.
Strong experience with signal conditioning, ADC/DACs, PLLs, RF systems, amplifiers, filters, power electronics, and low-noise circuit design.
Proficiency with SPICE simulation tools, schematic capture platforms, and MATLAB/Python.
Proven track record of bringing products from concept through production.
Strong system-level debugging, validation, and technical leadership experience.
Ability to influence architecture and technology decisions across cross-functional teams.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$82,082 to $193,440.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
