Assembly Technician - 1st & 2nd Shift

Available Shifts & Pay

1st Shift

?? Monday-Friday | 5:45 AM - 2:00 PM

?? $18.00 - $21.00 per hour based off skills/experience and interview.

2nd Shift

?? Monday-Friday | 2:15 PM - 10:30 PM

?? $19.00 - $22.50 per hour based off skills/experinece and interview.

? Paid training provided on 1st shift during the first few weeks before transitioning to 2nd shift.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble products using hand tools, equipment, and established work instructions.

Follow manufacturing procedures and quality standards to ensure accurate production.

Inspect completed work and identify quality concerns or production issues.

Maintain accurate production records, labor tracking, inventory data, and process documentation.

Adhere to all safety, quality, and company policies.

Assist with process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Complete assigned work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Participate in required training and certification programs.

Support team operations and assist with training new employees as needed.

Qualifications

Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience preferred.

Ability to read and follow written instructions and procedures.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.25/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
