About the Opportunity
Aston Carter is partnering with a well-established manufacturing client to hire a Sales Representative responsible for managing and growing an assigned territory in the Chickasha, OK area. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with B2B sales Experience, who enjoys developing new business, nurturing long-term customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.
This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission, providing significant earning potential for individuals who excel at territory management and business development.
While the role can transition to primarily remote work after the initial training period, candidates must be located in the Chickasha, OK area to effectively support customers within the territory, attend occasional in-office meetings, and conduct face-to-face client visits as needed.
Manufacturing sales experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow a designated sales territory.
Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Present products and solutions tailored to customer needs.
Prepare quotes, bids, estimates, and pricing proposals.
Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, contract terms, and service agreements.
Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
Collaborate with internal departments including design, production, and customer service to support customer needs.
Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity.
Maintain customer records, sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline activity.
Coordinate deliveries and provide post-sale support to ensure a positive customer experience.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of B2B sales, outside sales, business development, or account management experience.
Demonstrated ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage a sales territory.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
Manufacturing sales experience.
Experience supporting industrial, production, or commercial customers.
Knowledge of consultative selling and territory management strategies.
Experience conducting customer presentations and sales meetings.

Work Environment
The position begins with an on-site training period to ensure familiarity with company products, processes, and customers. Following successful training, the role will transition to a primarily remote work environment. Candidates must remain local to the Chickasha, OK area as they will be responsible for managing the territory, supporting local customers, and attending in-person meetings as needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
