Manufacturing Dispatcher/Coordinator - Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Kelly Project Services, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Manufacturing Dispatcher/ Coordinator at one of our Global clients in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This role is a full-time, fully benefited position.

Title: Manufacturing Dispatcher/Coordinator
Location: Palm Beach Gardens (33410)
Hours: M-F 1 st shift
Pay: $22 hr; plus benefits and PTO
The responsibilities of the role include the following:
Review, print, organize, and distribute manufacturing work orders and associated production documentation in accordance with the production schedule and established document control requirements.
Partner closely with Planning, Operations, and Inventory Control teams to ensure work orders are released accurately and on time to support production priorities and customer demand.
Monitor work order queues and documentation discrepancies, and coordinate with the appropriate stakeholders to resolve issues and prevent production delays.
React to schedule changes, priority shifts, and urgent production requirements from affected stakeholders to facilitate rapid response and alignment.
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing dispatching processes, improving workflow efficiency, and reducing documentation-related production interruptions.
Maintain compliance with company policies, Good Documentation Practices GDP , and applicable quality system requirements within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
This role will interface with local work order printing software, so some level of computer literacy is required.
Reliability and strong time / attendance track record is key.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Computer proficiency.
