The (USA) Market People Partner leads the execution of workforce management and talent acquisition strategies to enhance associate engagement and business performance across assigned stores. By driving strategic plans and providing resources, the team ensures continuous improvement and supports associates' success. What you'll do:
Lead execution of Workforce Management programs by identifying operational needs and developing business plans to improve scheduling and staffing performance.
Drive talent acquisition strategies by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing the job offer process to maintain a skilled workforce.
Manage talent pipelines through assessment, succession planning, and implementation of development programs to support career progression and retention.
Oversee talent review activities, analyze data to identify workforce trends, and integrate findings into recruiting and planning strategies.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to build high-performing teams aligned with company values.
Evaluate and improve workforce plans and initiatives to enhance efficiency and business outcomes.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience in leading workforce management programs and executing business plans to meet operational needs.
Strong skills in coaching, performance management, and talent management to develop and retain high-performing teams.
Ability to analyze scheduling and staffing data to drive improvements in workforce planning and execution.
Expertise in talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring processes.
Experience managing talent pipelines, succession planning, and implementing development programs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Adaptability and commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $99,000.00 - $198,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, and 2 years' experience as a Human Resources Generalist or
Specialist supporting a multi-unit/multi-business environment OR 3 years' Walmart management experience with 2 years' experience supervising
other salaried managers.
Associate will be required to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments.
Valid state-issued driver's license.
