Description

We are looking for a detail-focused and approachable Receptionist to support the Human Resources team in Toledo, Ohio. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, managing administrative tasks with precision, and helping daily office operations run smoothly. The role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a detail-focused mindset in an onsite setting.

Requirements - Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support position.

Ability to communicate professionally in person and over the phone, including handling multi-line phone systems.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks accurately and consistently.

Good judgment and willingness to ask questions to ensure work is handled correctly.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office 365.

Friendly, team-oriented approach with a customer-focused attitude.
