Talent Acquisition Specialist

Description

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for exempt, non-exempt, technical, professional, and leadership positions.

Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.

Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates through phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.

Conduct reference checks, coordinate screenings, and facilitate employment offers.

Build and maintain talent pipelines through traditional and innovative sourcing methods, including networking events, job fairs, professional associations, social media, and online recruiting platforms.

Collaborate with sourcing resources to identify and attract diverse, qualified candidate pools.

Manage internal candidate transfers, promotions, and mobility processes.

Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the hiring process.

Guide hiring managers on recruiting best practices and employment regulations.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and affirmative action requirements.

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Support onboarding and new hire transition activities to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Develop and maintain relationships with industry organizations and professional networks.

Contribute to affirmative action planning and diversity recruiting initiatives.

Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, and candidate experience.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruiting team members as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $42.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
