Description

We are seeking an experienced Office/Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, support administrative functions, and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office. This role serves as a key point of coordination across departments, managing office procedures, vendor relationships, facilities, and operational processes while supporting company goals and employee productivity.

Manage daily office operations, ensuring a professional, organized, and efficient work environment.

Develop, implement, and improve administrative and operational processes.

Coordinate facilities management, office maintenance, and vendor relationships.

Oversee office budgets, purchasing, inventory, and expense tracking.

Support onboarding and offboarding activities, employee records, and office policies.

Manage contracts, service agreements, and office equipment procurement.

Coordinate meetings, company events, travel arrangements, and executive support as needed.

Monitor operational performance and recommend process improvements.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Collaborate with leadership to support business initiatives and organizational objectives.

Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance, training, and performance management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

3+ years of office management, operations management, or administrative leadership experience.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.

Experience managing vendors, budgets, and office facilities.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
