Description We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Georgia. This contract opportunity with permanent potential is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping processes on track, communicating professionally, and managing a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will bring strong attention to detail, confidence in handling inbound calls, and accuracy when working with records and data.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative activities to keep office functions running efficiently and professionally.

Respond to incoming phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and provide courteous support to callers and visitors.

Maintain accurate records by entering, updating, and verifying information in internal systems and office documents.

Prepare, organize, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other administrative materials as needed.

Coordinate calendars, meetings, and general office schedules to support team productivity.

Assist with filing, document management, and routine office support tasks to ensure information is easy to access and well organized.

Monitor administrative workflows and help address routine issues to maintain smooth daily operations. Requirements - Experience providing administrative support in an office setting.

Ability to handle inbound calls with clear and effective communication.

Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Proficiency with general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and document preparation.

Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Comfortable using standard office software and administrative systems.
