Description

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, answer and direct incoming calls, provide administrative support, and help ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls.

Manage the reception area and maintain a welcoming office environment.

Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.

Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.

Maintain office supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed.

Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.

Assist with preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations.

Support various administrative and clerical functions for multiple departments.

Maintain accurate records and update company databases.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.

1+ years of receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or office support experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
