your career and on the world around you. Responsibilities As a Warehouse
Supervisor, you will contribute to the success of PepsiCo by supervising
the day-to-day warehouse operations, with a focus on cost efficiency,
continuous improvement on processes, service, and safety for an entire
business unit across one shift. Our Warehouse Supervisors also
coordinate the receiving, shipping, and material handling
responsibilities in the warehouse by supporting the front-line staff.
Working days: Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed.
Working hours: Typical shift starts around 4:00 AM and may extend until
approximately 2:00 PM. Manage the receiving and delivery of raw
materials/finished products in a timely manner. Utilize docks,
warehouse layout, and route truck loading patterns that minimize loading
time. Ensure the optimal inventory levels of full goods are
maintained in order to fulfill daily sales needs. Provide timely
service to sales department while minimizing warehouse and production
costs. Develop team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach
short- and long-term performance goals. Deliver effective change
leadership while driving business changes and minimizing people impact.
- Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to assist team to
solve operational issues. Builds people capability through effective
employee relations, hiring, training, and communication for front-line
hourly personnel. Motivate team members to achieve plan goals.
Applies knowledge of TPM processes, equipment and system capability for
challenging individual and facility standards. Ability to implement
lean / TPM methodologies to front line teams. Sets and achieves
performance standards with regards to safety, line utilization and
quality. Tracks key performance indicators/costs, anticipating and
correcting trends which would compromise the achievement of financial
targets. Oversees and ensures facility equipment reliability to
minimize downtime. Ensures compliance with all health & safety
regulations. Administer policies and procedures. Regular and

Cross Functional Route Rides (M&W, PES, Sales, Transport) \ Shadow
current leadership staff both Warehouse and Production. Assigned
project work, completion, and presentation. LPO for management of
change (MOC) work. TPM program leaning and execution. EiOS
activity Task completion. ZZP activity Task completion. Period
Inventory Counter or Reconciler. LSS project work. Spend time with
Frontline to be proficient in (but not limited to) building pallets, QC
work on water line, loading trailers, certifying pallets, PIT
certification, line driver activities (voice pick expert). PCQI Level
3 trained. Learn the Chilled process and understand how to
troubleshoot issues and identify trends. Schoox training partnership

compensation range for this position is between \$66,900 - \$111,950.
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will
be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can

Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual
salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility,

Plan. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience
required. Preferably in engineering, business, operations management, or
similar field. Lean Six Sigma Experience preferred. 2 years of
warehouse or logistics experience preferred. Demonstrated front-line
supervisory, planning and organization skills. Microsoft Suite
including Excel comprehension preferred. Ability to give and receive
constructive feedback. Ability to lead a team-based approach to
decision making. Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented,
challenging environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to
get results through mentoring others. Effective coaching,
facilitation, presentation, and team building skills. Must be
authorized to work in the United States. Ability to work regularly on
the warehouse floor. Also requires: Lifting up to 40 lbs.
occasionally. Twisting and bending. Occasional work in poor
weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow. Operating a
forklift and manufacturing equipment occasionally. Off-shift and
